1. Records each participant’s name, total fish brought in, Big Bass weight, and
total weight on Tournament Results sheet.

2. Tallies up the results.

3. Keeps tournament in order.

4. Main speaker and mediator if any problems arise.

5. Keeps all fees and results in his possession if Club Treasurer is absent.

6. Resolves any complications that may arise.

7. Any decision or ruling by chairman are final.

Duty of the Time Keeper

1. Makes sure all participants are at the scales on or before the end of the
tournament weigh in time.

2. Responsible for the declaring official end of tournament via weigh in time.

3. Collects all fees, including Big Bass, and fills out Tournament Dues sheet.

4. Turns over Dues sheet and all fees to Tournament Chairman.

5. Resolves any complications that may arise and reports them to the
Tournament Chairman.

Duty of the Judges

1. Set up scales and measuring board.

2. Measure fish as necessary.

3. Weighs all fish and gives weight to the Tournament Chairman.

4. Resolves any complications that may arise and reports them to the
Tournament Chairman.

5. Will courtesy measure any members fish before official weight-in.

Note: Judges cannot weight or measure his or his partners own fish. The
other judges will do this for him.
